360 DEGREES FEEDBACK: Our employees are not bifurcated on the basis of the position in the hierarchy. We understand that each and every employee might have valuable insights for the other and we hence adopt a 360 degrees feedback. Therefore, an employee is evaluated by his / her seniors, juniors and subordinates, all at the same time. This empowers our employees and also enhances our evaluation system.

EVENTS AND OCCASIONS: With the help of a computerized system, we maintain a record of the birthdays of all our employees. Not only do they receive special wishes from our top management on the day, we also make efforts to organize small get together to make the occasion special for them.

ICE BREAKING SESSIONS: Finally, we also conduct ice breaking sessions to let all our employees be stress free. Given the amount of stress one faces in modern day work structure, such ice breaking sessions can work wonders.
